Garlic lover at heart? Try this delicious and satisfying addition to any great meal.

ingredients

DRESSING
1/2 cup cashews, soaked for 4 hours
1/2 cup water
3 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon capers
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 Tablespoons tapioca flour

SALAD
"Bacon" Bits
vegan cheese, shredded
baby kale or romaine lettuce

DIRECTIONS

Makes 6 servings.

1. Rinse cashews and add to high powered blender along with remaining dressing ingredients. Blend until creamy.

2. Mix with the lettuce or baby kale and top with "Bacon" Bits and shredded cheese. Enjoy.
